  • How do I schedule an intake consultation?
For scheduling either contact me through email or phone call. If you call and I am unable to answer at that time, please leave a voicemail and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider. This means that I do not take insurance but if you have a health insurance provider your HSA or FSA may reimburse you. I provide invoices for every session and can provide a superbill if necessary. Being self-pay allows me the opportunity to counsel people throughout the entire U.S.
  • What are your office hours?
I generally see clients between the hours of 11-7pm EST Monday-Friday.
  • How long do appointments last?
    Sessions last for 5o minutes.
  • Can we meet virtually?
Yes. During the COVID pandemic I only provide telehealth sessions to ensure the safety of you, your loved ones, and myself.
  • How often will we meet?
I generally suggest that we meet once a week in the beginning. Later on we may make an informed decision about moving sessions to once every two weeks.
  • Do you prescribe medications?
I do not. We may discuss your potential needs of medication which you can then discuss with your primary care doctor or a psychiatrist.
  • Are there any issues or types of clients that you DON’T work with?
I will not turn anyone away based on their current mental health needs. I will refer an individual to a colleague if your needs fit more with another practitioner. Your needs are the priority, and it is my responsibility to either provide the best care or find you someone who can.
